What words of wisdom would you offer those coming behind you about your journey or what have you learned being in the journey? That this ballet journey is hard and it can take longer to get a contract than anticipated. But don't get discouraged and try to have a positive attitude. Keep working hard and doing your best and eventually something will work out. It takes a lot of strength and determination to keep on working and trying. As well as a lot of prayer. And definitely enjoy and celebrate the successes!

Yesterday he signed the Washington Ballet Studio Contract. It was a difficult decision because he had some other offers from other companies, but mostly it was a difficult decision because he really likes his current school (and doesn't want to move away from his girlfriend!).

But, now that he's made the decision and signed on the dotted line, he is really excited about the opportunity. Julie Kent was very encouraging to him, and he's looking forward to beginning this new stage in life :)
