Theraband not grippy

Hi everyone,

I like to use a theraband for foot strengthening exercises. I have problems, however, with it slipping off my feet. It has a "powdery" kind of stuff on it, so it isn't really grippy.

If it helps, I got a roll instead of a single band.

Anyone know what could be going on/how to fix it? Sorry if I don't make any sense. ;)

Can you knot a loop for your foot and then use it?

Great idea! I'm just wondering if there is a way to resolve the issue of it sliding. I will definitely try the loop though! :)
