Ballet Foot Stretch

I ordered the Ballet Foot Stretch and got it in the mail April 1. I have used it everyday since then. I started out with just a little bit and went really slowly so I wouldn’t injure myself. I gradually worked up to 15 minutes of stretching on each foot everyday. Some days I do more than that, but I always try to do at least that much. I always stretch my feet out with my hands before using the Foot Stretch and I do some demi plies to stretch out my Achilles. Be sure not to put a lot of weight on your foot that you just stretched because I have found that for a minute or so after you stop stretching it can’t handle weight on it. I stretch my foot with my hand after I have finished using the Foot Stretch. It is very flexible and easy to work with. Be sure to do a strength building routine if you use this so you won’t lose strength in your feet. I do lots of releves.
If you have any more questions, I will be happy to answer them.

Here is a picture of the what my feet looked like before I used the Foot Stretch and another picture of my feet after using it for a month and a half. I anticipate a lot more improvement, but I am very pleased with my results after such a short time period. I wasn't even expecting to see any results this soon.

Jennifer, your link is slightly different, by one letter, however, it still works.
One should not need to type it, just click on the link in the post above or in the first post on this thread.

balletstar811- I am 15 and a half years old. I think I remember Major Mel saying that you can improve your feet up until your early 20's (please correct me if I'm wrong). I know I have pretty bad feet, so I figured that this was worth a try and I'm really glad I have it now.
