[COLOR=purple]Hi Guys, It has been so long since I wrote, that I don't remember how. There was a trick my roomie thought of last year at Richmond - she kept our room very, very warm (about 80 degrees). Took some getting used to - one night we tried it my way, around 72 - but her method kept us flexible and comfortable every morning. No stiffness!
I made roll-ups of ham and cheese every morning - two did me really well. I also saved my sweets and had one every midafternoon. Big help! That meant, I wasn't starving at dinnertime.
Love to all.
