Improving the flexibility in my feet

Recommended Posts

dance10

Hi! I really want to improve the flexibility in my feet. I have a very high arch naturally but my feet are not very flexible. I really want to improve my foot flexibility but I don't really know how to. What is the best way I can improve my feet flexibility? I have tried the foot stretchers but they haven't helped!

Nice to see you again, dance10!

Everything you do in class is designed to improve the feet, especially tendu, degagé, pas de cheval, and frappé. How you really work and articulate your feet with these exercises, use the metatarsal through the floor, lots of pointing and flexing, and regular work with a theraband are how you increase the flexibility. :)

I write the alphabet with my foot with a theraband over top. I read about the exercise on the little piece of paper it comes with and I think it helps :)

Alex, I deleted the repeat of your post. I closed the one you made yesterday because it contains some advice, which is only given by our professional teacher moderators.
