If you do a search of YD Stretches and Exercises, you'll find a goodly number of threads on this very topic. Also check Young Dancers FAQ for threads made before Stretches and Exercises was created. And also Pointe/Technique....

If you use resistabands, thick elastic bands, and do exercises with these each day, your arches will improve, and your feet will get stronger.
