My brother got one of those big trampoleans for his birthday, and i was jumping on it, and i could feel the muscles in my legs, a little more different than when i dance. So i was just wondering if jumping on a trampolean shortens your legs muscles like running does, or if it is not a good idea to jump on a trampolean a lot if you dance, or if its perfectly fine and i was just being paranoid Quote Link to comment
