Once again: Arch of the foot

I know that this question has been asked about thousand times on this board but please grant me the allowance to post it anyway ;) :

 

How far should the arch of the foot bend to say that it's low, medium or high (actually, I need that answer for Ms. DeVor's Pointe shoes suggestion).

I'd like to make my question clear with an example: I sit down on the floor with the soles of my feet facing the floor. If I pointe my feet and the last third of my feet including the toes are somewhat parallel to floor, is that a medium or a high arch?
