Guest alliecat93
I know a lot of people had questions about the Pro-Arch and the Ballet Foot Stretch and I think I might be able to give you some helpful information. I ordered the Ballet Foot Stretch and got it in the mail April 1. I have used it everyday since then. I started out with just a little bit and went really slowly so I wouldn’t injure myself. I gradually worked up to 15 minutes of stretching on each foot everyday. Some days I do more than that, but I always try to do at least that much. I always stretch my feet out with my hands before using the Foot Stretch and I do some demi plies to stretch out my Achilles. Be sure not to put a lot of weight on your foot that you just stretched because I have found that for a minute or so after you stop stretching it can’t handle weight on it. I stretch my foot with my hand after I have finished using the Foot Stretch. It is very flexible and easy to work with. Be sure to do a strength building routine if you use this so you won’t lose strength in your feet. I do lots of releves. If you have any more questions, I will be happy to answer them. To find out more info, go to www.footstretch.com Here is a picture of the what my feet looked like before I used the Foot Stretch and another picture of my feet after using it for a month and a half. I anticipate a lot more improvement, but I am very pleased with my results after such a short time period. I wasn't even expecting to see any results this soon. http://www.geocities.com/actandmodel/balle...footstretch.jpg Quote Link to comment
