rotation to the back

In class, my teacher and I talked about how I loose alot of my rotation when I tendu to the back. I'm sorry if I'm repeating a question, I couldn't find it in the past posts, but is there any exercises that would help me keep my rotation in the back? THanks for any help!

Makayla, unless one has 90º rotation at the hip of both legs, a very rare condition, the back always presents a problem. In order to present a proper quatriéme derriére position, whether à terre or en l'air, a slight opening of the hip is necessary in order to display the top of the foot fairly and not let the heel be so easily seen.
