Guest Simone
Can anyone tell me how i can square off my hips in the spilts? On my right leg my hips are a fair bit out of line but on my left its so bad it looks as though im in the middles splits with my back leg turned under! I try so hard to make them straight, but they seem to keep twisting...any advice? Link to comment

If you make them perfectly square, the back leg will most likely be very turned in. However, being TOO open is not good either. Use your hands to keep your weight supported and the shoulders and ribs facing front, and don't go down any further than you can while keeping the alignment. The back hip will open, but just don't twist the rest of the body! Link to comment
