This relates to the other topic I started, but when I posted it there, no one responded: What effect does it have if instead of doing 200 crunches a night all at once, you do 100 at night and 100 in the morning instead? I would guess it probably wouldn't be as good for you, but I thought I'd check. :)

Anything 50 reps or more is fine. You could divide the exercise into four sessions of 50 and be on safe ground. You don't need thousands, 200 is just about the right amount.
