I know that there are many topics on therabands but what exactly are the exercises that people do with them? I know about flexing and pointing your feet....but what about when people say " I use them to stretch my arches"? I am just a little confused :blink: Lol

Tarantella, I think when they talk about arches, most of them are actually talking about insteps, which is what gets stretched when you pointe and flex with a theraband.


You can use the theraband to stretch the upper body and shoulders, and some things with the legs, too. Do some experimenting and you will probably discover things you normally do anyway, but when you add the theraband you can make it more work by adding the resistance.
