Administrators Victoria Leigh Posted October 10, 2003 Administrators Report Share Posted October 10, 2003 Tarantella, I think when they talk about arches, most of them are actually talking about insteps, which is what gets stretched when you pointe and flex with a theraband. You can use the theraband to stretch the upper body and shoulders, and some things with the legs, too. Do some experimenting and you will probably discover things you normally do anyway, but when you add the theraband you can make it more work by adding the resistance. Quote Link to comment
