Guest melanie42
Hi, I started ballet six weeks ago and would like to start going to more than one class per week. Can anyone recommend any good beginners courses in London? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
Guest magdakacz
Hello, My now ex-boyfriend and I visited London this last summer, and I (being unable to go more than a day without ballet) searched hours to find a place to take classes while there. I ended up going to the Central School of Ballet - and taking an evening class there - they offer beginners ballet classes - a French male dancer taught the class I took - it was very pleasant and I even ended up being invited to take class in another studio by a teacher who happened to be taking class there that night - all in all it was a lovely experience in a beautiful city! Also, if you are there just look up dance companies/schools in the telephone book - that's where I started - - I called a few places and was recommended Central School. And the price wasn't even that bad - 7 pounds a class if I remember properly. Good luck - hope it goes well! - Magda Quote Link to comment
