Guest meliss83 Posted November 20, 2003 Report Share Posted November 20, 2003 i have noticed lately that i am getting tighter and not more limber after classes and stretching. I always stretch after class and i wake up not too much in pain the next morning, but then when i have class again or i work out or anything i am just as tight if not tighter and my stretch doesn't seem to have improved at all... is there something i am doing wrong? or should i be doing something else. thanks -melissa Link to comment

Mostly just on the floor stretches, not the major flexibility stretches that require warmed up muscles. Link to comment
