Healthy snacks

okay. my nutcracker performances are the weekend after thanksgiving and i have lots of rehearsals with hardly any breaks. when i don't have a lot of time i end up eating lots of junk food and drinking lot of sodas. what are some healthy snacks and drinks i could take with me? thanks for your advice in advance! :wink::P:party:

Balletgirl, I'm sorry, but we do not give nutritional advice here. A topic like this will generate tons of different things that may or may not be good and none of us are qualified for that. There is however, a bit of common sense to be brought to this, and obviously, since you know that junk food is not good, then you know what things are good. Think about it a bit, and you will figure it out. :thumbsup:
