this may sound stupid but what does par terre mean ?

thank you.

this means that it says if i have to have a picture in a la second in l'air or par terre. I could just pointe my foot in second basically instead of having it in l'air ?

Yes, Liz, that is correct. If they give you the option, then you can do it either way. :)

Certainly. The only thing that changes is the preposition, just as in English. "On the ground" and "along the ground" mean pretty much the same things.
