balletlover234
Recently when I was in class, we did a combination which involved bending forward (in fifth) and doing the whole "touch your forehead to your knees" thing. As I bent forward I held on to my calf for a second and I felt a sharp burning sensation right where I touched it. It immediatly went away but later that part of my leg felt a little numb for a while. I am kind of puzzeled by this and any clues as to what it is would be grateful. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
vrsfanatic
How is it now? Where were you holding onto your leg? How hard where you holding onto your leg? If the pain or numbness continues see a doctor! Quote Link to comment
balletlover234
The numbness only lasted about 3 minutes. I'm fine now. I didn't really put any pressure on my leg, I just touched it. Quote Link to comment
