ping
How important is it to have perfect splits, a reasonably high develope (110? - 120?), and good turn out (180?) as a male dancer? Are major companys going to want all of these or can I dance with a 90? develope, not very good splits, and 130? turnout. ping Edited March 10, 2004 by ping Quote Link to comment
Mel Johnson
Well, the turnout's gotta be better than 130 degrees. That much is certain. You don't have to be able to do a split as a male dancer, but they sure come in handy as a stretch. And just above the hip-level is standard "good extension" for male dancers today.
