I got the basic ideas and the fact that it takes time and muscle strength. However, my problem is that I need some ways to really work on them. I mean, should I just practice using imagery and focusing on certain muscles to get better or are there exercises to assist me in this? I take Pilates as well, so, if you know of a particular Pilates exercise let me know and I'll be sure to do more often. Thanks, Giselle Quote Link to comment
