ballet24/7 Posted March 30, 2004 Report Share Posted March 30, 2004 I need help improving and strengthening my port de bras. My arms look weak and short compared to my legs . My legs are very long, especially compared to my arms, so I have been working on lengthening them. Not only do I need to work on lengthening them, I need to work on keeping it strong and coming from my back while keeping my chest up and shoulders down. Any suggestions, tips, or exercises to help me improve? Quote Link to comment
