Guest EnPointeForLife
There is this audition for dancers who have had professional training here in town. I want to go try out, but it says you have to have professional training. My class is called the PRE-professional class, but two of the people are dancers for Alvin Ailey and the rest are working on getting into companies. Since I'm in a PRE-professional class, does that mean I can't audition? Link to comment
Administrators Victoria Leigh Posted April 7, 2004 Administrators Report Share Posted April 7, 2004 Christal, what kind of show is it? Is it ballet, or is it a musical theatre production? Is there an age listed, or does it say students? Sounds like you need more information about this, however, it never hurts to try an audition. The worst that can happen is that they say no! But do find out more about it first, and exactly what kind of dancing they are looking for, to be sure that you have that kind of training. Link to comment
