hi all

 

i have a question i was wondering if you guyes knew of any good ways to lose weight that are healthy and safe

 

also is biking and rollar blading ok for a dancer to do

i wont hurt anything by doing these will i

 

i was told that to be a dancer i couldnt blade

and i needed to lose a few pounds

some advice would be great

I don't think they want people discussing weight loss here on the boards.

 

Pilates or yoga would be good to take if you're worried about biking or blading hurting your body.

Sorry, emttech, SeaMonkey is right. This subject is taboo here, even on the Adult board. We do not yet have a qualified Nutritionist here and do not want diet advice from people who are not qualified, no matter how well meaning they are. Topic closed.
