Guest emttech Posted April 11, 2004 Report Share Posted April 11, 2004 hi all i have a question i was wondering if you guyes knew of any good ways to lose weight that are healthy and safe also is biking and rollar blading ok for a dancer to do i wont hurt anything by doing these will i i was told that to be a dancer i couldnt blade and i needed to lose a few pounds some advice would be great Link to comment
