Guest EnPointeForLife
Okay, this is a little difficult for me to explain. It's about a stretching exercise. My teacher tells the class to open our legs into staddle/center position sitting down and then we lay down and we have to make sure our backs are flat. This is an average stretch, I know, but I've gotten my back to straighten finally, and it hurts really bad. I can't tell if it's a good hurt or a bad hurt and I have a loooong way to go before I have a perfect center. What do you think? Good hurt or bad hurt? Link to comment
Mel Johnson
If it's actually crossed over the line from "stretch" to "pain" it's bad. Ease up on the straddle-spread, or on the flattening of the back, one or the other. Link to comment
