Ways to strenghten and improve

There are probably about 20 gazillion threads on flexibility and improving it, dirtyprettyboy. Essentially they all come down to stretching and practice and more stretching and more practice.


As for the knees, probably strengthening the quads and hamstrings would be the way to work on that, aside from working very correctly in classes. :D I would suggest Pilates for everything, actually.
