Guest Sachiko
Okay, when I was 5 years old I was in ballet class, I loved it so much. Then after it I was in it for a cupple years and my school closed (no money). Now a new school has opened up and my perents said I can go back if I wanted to... I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to, but do you think I can go back at the age of 15? Should I go back? Edited June 4, 2004 by xXxBL00DY_SACHIKOxXx Quote Link to comment
Administrators Victoria Leigh Posted June 4, 2004 Administrators Report Share Posted June 4, 2004 Thanks, qtpiedancer, I missed that somehow. I deleted my post and yours, and now starting over. Welcome, Sachiko. I just sent you an email, so I will wait for a response to that before adding anything further. Quote Link to comment
Guest Sachiko
I am 15 years old... and for my screen name... I like to have the same screen name and I try to resgester with just Sachiko, but that is almost always taken, so I try .:~Sachiko~:. and that is sometimes taken too.*sighs* Yes as strange as it is the Japanese name Sachiko is taken by other poeople who love Japan and Japanese animation. So I just went with xXxBL00DY_SACHIKOxXx at this one sight and I just stuck with that name. I really don't mean anything bad with that name ... I wish I could change it now... I'm sorry for the name... Quote Link to comment
vrsfanatic
SACHIKOxXx, if your family agrees that you can take ballet, then by all means, begin again! Quote Link to comment
Administrators Victoria Leigh Posted June 4, 2004 Administrators Report Share Posted June 4, 2004 Sachiko, the name has been taken care of! You are just "Sachiko" here on Ballet Talk And, I agree with Ms. Schneider, if you can start again, do it!!! Quote Link to comment
Guest Sachiko
Victoria Leigh, thank you for changing my name.^_^ I am very sorry to put you in all that truble, I hope you are not mad at me . Quote Link to comment

Mel Johnson
BTW, BIG Inuyasha/Kenshin fan here! Quote Link to comment
Guest arabesque07
I think it would be great for you to go back!! You may not be able to be Margot Fonteyn the first year, but if you have perseverance and you love it, I don't think that it would be wasteful or anything for you to try it again. Just have fun with it!! That's most important! Quote Link to comment
Guest Sachiko
BTW, BIG Inuyasha/Kenshin fan here! That's so cool Johnson-San, wate you are above me on this board... So you would be Senpai to me.^_^ I like Inuyasha my self, but I really like his name. (Inu=dog & Yasha=demon, Dog demon, I guess that sounds kinda weird in English^_^) Edited June 4, 2004 by Sachiko Quote Link to comment
Mel Johnson
I understand that the most correct way to say "dog demon" would be "inu-yaksa", but Rumiko Takahashi decided to make it the softer-sounding "Inuyasha", which sort of comes out like "doggie-demon". If that is correct, then I believe it was a wise decision. I asked a woman at work, who also enjoys both shows, what she thought of the idea of Inuyasha having Kenshin as a big brother instead of Sesshomaru. It would be a completely different dynamic. "Now, now, don't fight. Oooh, they really are evil! All right, nobody tries to hurt my little brothers! Hiten-mitsurugi style...." Quote Link to comment
