ballet24/7 Posted June 7, 2004 Report Share Posted June 7, 2004 The other day I was stretching before class, and while reaching side in my strattle I felt a pull in my right side. After that it hurt whenever I did certain movements, and today it's a little better but not 100%. If I bend sideways or forward, multiple things, I feel the pain lol. Should I ice it? Apply heat?
