What can I do to help my 5th

Hello Polo, and welcome to Ballet Talk for Dancers :)


In order to bring your tendu leg back into 5th you need to lift your weight up out of your supporting leg. If you sit into your hip, with your weight too far back, you can't get the working leg back in straight.

Or you can keep refilling your fifth from your quart. :)

WOW.... THAT makes great sense....

I tested it out last night and i could feel a diffrence....

my fifth has now turned into a quart :innocent:
