Administrators Victoria Leigh Posted June 23, 2004 Administrators Report Share Posted June 23, 2004 Hello Polo, and welcome to Ballet Talk for Dancers In order to bring your tendu leg back into 5th you need to lift your weight up out of your supporting leg. If you sit into your hip, with your weight too far back, you can't get the working leg back in straight. Quote Link to comment
Mel Johnson
Or you can keep refilling your fifth from your quart. Quote Link to comment
