Guest mal89
I'm going to a summer course next week, and there are gyokinesis classes there.. I was just wondering about what it is.. Quote Link to comment
Mel Johnson
Gyrokinesis is an exercise modality like Pilates. It's just done differently, so a different name. It has the same goal, supplementary, complementary exercise. Quote Link to comment
Guest mal89
Is pilates better than gyrokinesis? Which is the hardest? Quote Link to comment
Mel Johnson
It depends on the user and the trainer. Many Pilates trainers are also certified in Gyrokinesis. Which you need will depend on what technical points you need to brush up on, which we can't see, being a computer site. Quote Link to comment
Guest mal89
Can you give some examples of what technical points pilates and gyrokinesis are good for? I mean what's different? Quote Link to comment
ABT Wannabe
They are basically the same thing. They both work the abdominals, back muscles, obleeks, glutes, etc. Quote Link to comment
