I can developper my leg to about 145 or so while keeping my hips almost completely level, and I was wondering if it's alright to lift my hip to get my leg higher. I can get it higher if I lift my hips (which I play around with at home, but never in class). So should I? Is there a certain time when you may lifet your hips? Any help would be appreciated!
