too much?

If I art off in a beginner ballet class, for an hour and a half, 4 or 5 times a week, do you think it will be too much? or should I just try it and see?

Depends what kind of shape you are in, maksimate! :o If you are young and strong and in pretty good physical condition from working out or athletics, then it should be okay, although you will probably still be sore at first because ballet works muscles differently from anything else. Just be prepared for some muscle aches and pains :)
