I went to uba this summer and when I came back my hamstrings were really tight, I've been flexible all my life so its very frustrating since I can't get my leg as high, when I do some streches to work it out, it just gets sore, is there anything I could do???? ~Betherina11~ Quote Link to comment

High rates of activity, as at a Summer Intensive, can produce a lot of different overuse and fatigue symptoms. It sounds to me like you need some time off, doing not-dancing things. Take about two weeks. And don't do anything - even stretches at home. Quote Link to comment
