Lay down sprung ballet floor

Does anyone know where to get a portable, lay down sprung ballet floor for cheap? My parents and I are looking into making a part of the basement into a mini studio, but there are a few obstacles. We don't have an huge amount of money to spend and we need to be able to remove the flooring when it pours, because water leaks into our basement. Anyone have any suggestions?

The rising damp problem is a real disincentive to installing a floor like this. Prefabricated units need to be firmly attached to the underfloor if they are to be safe and useful.
