How should that work? Any special technique for that? And the most important question: DOES it work? Or are other things like working with therabands and tennis ###### and the normal work in class like tendus, pas de chevals, frappees, working through the foot and so on much more effective? Mel Johnson Posted August 27, 2004 Report Share Posted August 27, 2004 All that the oil does is make it easier for the fingers to slide over the surface of the skin so that you don't get friction burns when going for really DEEP muscles and other connective tissue. Olive oil is frequently mentioned because relatively few people are allergic to it. You also hear of WD-40. It doesn't matter! Link to comment
