Is this from the lack of dance? I don't know can your muscle break down. I haven't been working my muscles out like I nomrally do. My body is used to about 20 hours of dance a week...and now all i do is a short workout on days I remember...and I take 3 hours of pilates. So anyway my overall question is could this ankel pain come from not dancing? sorry I always ramble! beth Link to comment

You're not taking class, so the kink didn't get worked out. Still, the first aid for pain is the same. Rest, Ice, etc. Link to comment
