Giselle Posted September 29, 2004 Report Share Posted September 29, 2004 I currently take tap once a week for about 45 minutes. It's really just for fun at a studio outside of where I take ballet. One of my ballet teachers had mentioned that tapping can be bad for ballet because of the looseness in the ankles. Is this true? Will it really effect me if I only take it once a week?
