Adult classes in Ithaca?

Andre Yew

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I'll be visiting Cornell University for a few days next week, and would like to not fall off the ballet wagon. Could anyone recommend classes in the area? I've looked around and found Ithaca Ballet and New England Ballet, but know nothing about them.

I'll be staying at the Statler Hotel on campus, and won't have a car, so walking or public transport will be it. Is Ithaca a generally safe area to walk around at night?

Thanks!

Hi Andre!

Sorry If I'm late in replying, but you want Ithaca Ballet - they are wonderful, and I especially recommend Gunilla and Dancingtree! They have a website, or you can just look them up and call for a schedule when you get there!

Let us know how it went!

Hi Marybeth,

Thanks for the recommendation. If I have enough time to go to class, I will definitely report back my impressions.
