Guest elleballet Posted December 3, 2004 Report Share Posted December 3, 2004 i strech every evening,and can now get easily down into side splits however i really want to get my box splits up and running to improve my flexibility and extention but my second isn't wider????? Splits are just a stretch, and therefore doing them is stretching. There is really no way to be able to do them better than to continue working on them. You're asking for a stretch for a stretch, and there really isn't one. Quote Link to comment
