Ankle Exercises for Flexibility

I hope this is the correct place to post this. I need better flexibility in my ankles (running for 10 years obviously does not help). Any exercises or stretches that would help?

I think by far the best exercises for ankle flexibility as it pertains to ballet are tendus, degages, pas de chevals, and all the exercises done in ballet class. Other good exercises include things like rotating the foot in circles, articulating the foot, sitting on the heels, most of the foot exercises you find in a modern class. Developing nicely articulated feet is a slow process, but does come, at least to some extent, to all those who persist through 100s of classes.
