Adult classes in St. Petersburg?

Anyone know of any -- I'll be down there for a week at the end of the month and would love to pick up a class or two in the evening.

 

I found a web site for the Academy of Ballet Arts, which didn't seem to have adult classes. But, oddly enough it is next door to the Ballet Cafe restaurant where -- and I'm not sure what to make of this -- "During the dinner hour, hear the crystalline voice of a young female singer or watch as ballet dancers perform on request."

 

So if you know of somewhere to take class where you're not also the dinner entertainment, do tell!
