okay I have always had a hard time with my right foot remembering to stay on the big toe all the way all of the time. My foot doesn't sickle or anything but when I look in the mirror I look at my foot and am like "wow I can't believe I didn't remember to stay on the big toe". So does anyone know any excerizes or something that will help me to remember to stay to the big toe? or is it just something you need to remember yourself? :wallbash:

Ballet luver, remember........Brain smart, Body STOOOOOOOPID! :wallbash: Seriously, once you understand something, and know how to do it right, the only answer is practice, practice and more practice. Just do it over and over until the body learns it.

I would like to ask you to please shorten your signature, and remove the colors. We are having trouble with bandwidth, and that sort of thing eats up a lot of it. Thank you!

Are you talking about on pointe? Well, I don't know how many peole would be against me saying this, but my dance teacher had the same problem when she was younger, so she wore her pointe shoes on the same feet for a one or two times, enough to shape them a little, then she switched feet. The pointe shoes would be broken in to they would make your feet go onto the big toe. Then always wear them that way. IDK if you want to try it, but its an idea. (Best if you dont have hyperextended , over arched feet, i thnk)

AmaG, what is "IDK"? Please don't use things like that in your posts! It took me a moment to figure it out, so can you imagine what someone from France or Russia or South America would think? They would not have any idea what you are saying.
