Marga
Not a teen, but a mother. Look at the website of the Academy of Ballet & Jazz (see below). The website will open on Stars of the 21st Century, the ballet galas which are produced by the owners of the school. Click on "Stars of the 21st Century" at the bottom of the screen. On the next screen you will find a link to click for the "Academy of Ballet & Jazz" in the middle of the page. There you will get pure Vaganova ballet training, pointe, classical repertoire and some partnering. The studio is in Thornhill, just off Yonge Street and just 3 blocks north of the Metro Toronto city limits. Academy of Ballet & Jazz Quote Link to comment
Administrators Victoria Leigh Posted April 5, 2005 Administrators Report Share Posted April 5, 2005 The National Ballet of Canada has an excellent school, but you will have to audition to get in. I would recommend contacting them as soon as possible, or have your current teacher contact them. Quote Link to comment
