mapaalge
I am looking for the music (especially the music for the dance of the Polishinelles) from Harlequinade. I searched everywhere and no store or itunes or anything has it. If anyone has it could you please help me get it? Thank you so much! Quote Link to comment
Mel Johnson
The ballet has never been recorded except for a brief pas de trois that was rechoreographed by the Legat brothers as "The Fairy Doll", and the "Serenade" from act I. The "Valse Bluette" from Act II used to be a big salon music favorite, but I haven't seen a recording of it for years. The full title of the score is "Les Millions d'Arlequin" (Harlequin's Millions). Guest dancer522
There's a tiny clip from Harlequinade on the nycb website under repertoire, but I'm guessing that probably wouldn't help you... Quote Link to comment
