Marenetha Posted May 2, 2005 Report Share Posted May 2, 2005 Hi, I've been trying to some pilates and other strenghtening and stretching work on my own, and I have noticed a huge difference in the way my body is shaped in a very short period of time, and I'm very pleased. In particular, my turnout (oh my god, I actually have it!) and the shape of my legs has completely changed, and just - yeah. Happy. Anyway, I was on the internet a few days ago, and I found this website: http://www.floor-barre.org/about.html The site is a bit confusing, but I was wondering - has anyone heard anything in particular about this?
