Boots
Hey London folks - my hubby has a work conference in Reading next week and I am joining him after his conference for a short vacation in London and surrounds. I'm going to go back through the posts for good places to take classes (intermediate-ish, open classes), but I was wondering if any of you had suggestions for interesting looking performances that week - dance or otherwise (just incase we need to duck inside at some point to take a break from the lovely weather there!) Also - does anyone have suggestions for affordable places to stay (if there are such things in London?) Quote Link to comment
ami1436
Rambert is on at the Sadlers Wells - Sadlers Wells Homepage And the Royal Ballet is doing Manon and Sylvia (I think Sylvia's opening night is the 19th. Royal Opera House Tamara Rojo is dancing as Manon on the 15th with Carlos Acosta. While I don't necessarily love Acosta's Des Grieux, Rojo is a stunning dance-actress and utilises a gorgeous port de bras in the Act II solo. Quote Link to comment
