They can help to stretch many areas of the body. The best thing would be for your teacher or a Physical Therapist to show you how to work with one. It's really hard to describe those kinds of exercises in this format. There is a booklet that comes with the Gaynor Minden Resistabands. It could be helpful. But the bands they send with it are rather flimsy, not very strong. Quote Link to comment
DewDrop5392 Posted November 10, 2005 Report Share Posted November 10, 2005 I have the gaynor minden resistabands with the book, but you are most definately right about the lack of resistance in their resistabands. When I had trouble with my tendons, the physical therapist gave me a much stronger band which works a ton better. Quote Link to comment
