theraband exercises?

Most dancers use them primarily to stretch the feet, but there are a lot of uses for them. They can help to stretch many areas of the body. The best thing would be for your teacher or a Physical Therapist to show you how to work with one. It's really hard to describe those kinds of exercises in this format.

There is a booklet that comes with the Gaynor Minden Resistabands. It could be helpful. But the bands they send with it are rather flimsy, not very strong.

I have the gaynor minden resistabands with the book, but you are most definately right about the lack of resistance in their resistabands. When I had trouble with my tendons, the physical therapist gave me a much stronger band which works a ton better. :)
