DewDrop5392
Once a week, I take a pilates private on the reformer and some other things, and when I push out against the bar, I can feel more pressure and first on my right leg before my left, and I can now feel my weight shift from right to the shorter left side when I releve in first position. Is this bad, and could it develop muscles wrong, or is it something that nothing can be done about it? Quote Link to comment
Mel Johnson
It's most likely something that you'll outgrow. Adolescent dancers sometimes notice slight differences in bilateral symmetry from whatever cause which most often is just a stage in maturation. Quote Link to comment
