Ballet schools in England - Northern/Cumbria?

hello.. i'm having probelms in finding a good dance school.

i'm going to be 14 soon, and doing RAD inter.

i wish to find a pre-professional school located at somewhere north of england.

i'm staying at Cumbria, but i'm willing to travel around.

but not too far, just somewhere in newcastle upon-tyne, sunderland and maybe scotland as well.

i just want to ask is it really hard to get into a pre-professional school?

and what's the standard of it??

what's the defferences with other school??
