It's the same regimen all over. Demi-pliés, tendus, tendus, tendus, battements degagés, frappés, pas de cheval (battement fouetté), frappés, and relevés, and elevés. You can even combine them into things like echappé sur les demi-pointes. Work on the easy things, even at home, and do them in easy combinations, so that you can work for mastery.
