pinkpointes101 Posted February 5, 2006 Report Share Posted February 5, 2006 I would suggest a lot of stretching, but also strengthening. You have to be flexible enough to be able to get your leg high, but you also have to be strong enough to be able to hold/lift it there. If you want to work on stretching and strengthening, I would suggest taking a pilates class. Quote Link to comment

In terms of extensions, and improving them, while I would love to answer again, we really have soooooooo much information here on the site about that and I apologize, but I just don't have time right now to do it again.
