Extension Help

I would suggest a lot of stretching, but also strengthening. You have to be flexible enough to be able to get your leg high, but you also have to be strong enough to be able to hold/lift it there. :P

 

If you want to work on stretching and strengthening, I would suggest taking a pilates class. :yes:

pinkpointes101, the advice on Young Dancers is given by the professional teachers here, who are Mr. Johnson, vrsfanatic, and myself.

 

In terms of extensions, and improving them, while I would love to answer again, we really have soooooooo much information here on the site about that and I apologize, but I just don't have time right now to do it again. Please just do a search on extension and/or flexibility and you will come up with mountains of stuff. :yes:
